At the end of 2023, I began a near-daily routine of walking and jogging near our home. It was during these moments that I truly started to notice and appreciate the natural beauty surrounding us. This painting serves as a gentle reminder to myself of how slowing down allows one to fully embrace the wonder of the present moment. As the first light of sunrise gently unfurls across the sky, the painting captures the moment when night surrenders to the promise of a new beginning.
